Simple have them ready to pop in the oven and 6 minutes later they are ready. If Rondele cheese is not available in your area other herbed/garlic cream cheese can be substituted
- 1⁄2 lb fresh mushrooms, stems removed and cleaned
- 1 (4 ounce) packagerondele garlic & herb spreadable cheese
- 1⁄4 cup fresh crab
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- 2 tablespoons dry sherry
- Combine all ingredients except mushrooms, mix well.
- Stuff the caps.
- Broil 5-8 minutes until brown.
- Serve warm.
