Place vinegar, honey, salt and roasted garlic in a food processor. Puree until the garlic is chopped very fine. With the food processor still running, add olive oil and lemon juice. Refrigerate until ready to use.
I think this is yummy! I have never had the original, so I am not comparing it against any other. I will be serving it this evening over a salad of greens topped with grilled ham, grilled peaches and goat cheese. Can't wait!

I have not had this at Macaroni Grill before, but made it as a dressing for my dinner salad tonight. I added 1/4 cup of grated parmesan cheese before adding the oil. This was a bit sweet for my liking, so next time I might reduce the honey by 1/2.

Saw your post of this dressing. I an looking forward to making this dressing as I love the dressing on Macaroni Grill's Chicken Florentine Salad. I will come back and rate when I get around to making it~Thanks for posting! update: I did make this, not quite as good as Macaroni Grill but still worth making!
