This dip is awesome! I loved the combination of feta cheese, cream cheese and the herbs! Mmmm! I halved the recipe leaving part of the feta cheese in chunks and leaving the amount of spices as for the full recipe. It turned out super tasty and Ill make it again for sure.

This is 10-star! Easily as good as any (expensive) herb cheese I have "store-bought." I plan to continue to make it...often. I admit I used full fat for both the feta and cream cheese. The combination of herbs, with the garlic powder, is perfect. I recommend making it the day before planning to serve; letting it age a bit makes it much more flavorful and mellow.
I made this with reduced fat feta and it was really easy and tasted great. You just need to watch the saltiness of your feta and decide how much should go in for it not be a bit too salty. I am serving this tomorrow afternoon at a party with crackers and I am sure they will love it. Made for ZWT4.
