Roman Holiday/Cheeseburger Spaghetti

READY IN: 1hr 5mins
Recipe by Momof12

This recipe came from a newspaper featuring recipes that would feed a family for under a dollar during the Depression. It was published on Columbus Day, hence the name. Still economical and delicious.

My mom still has the newspaper cut out passed down to her from her nanna. She ate this growing up, she fed it to me growing up, and now I feed it to my husband. Its simple and tasty. Thanks for sharing it. We use elbow noodles instead of spaghetti, and top it with LOADS of cheese before baking. Then the cheese gets crispy and we all fight over it. :D
