This salad is made with jarred giardiniera salad and canned beans. From "Real Simple" magazine. You will have leftover dressing for another use.

  1. Toss lettuce with beans, giardiniera, and red onion.
  2. Whisk together dressing ingredients OR place them in a lidded glass jar and give a good shake.
  3. Drizzle 4 tablespoons of the dressing over the salad and toss well.
