I was going to submit this recipe but found it here. This really is and easy and fantastic recipe. I use it whenever I need fondant for a cake. A million time better the inedible stuff in the box and way tastier than the marshmellow stuff which just tastes marshmellowy. Very easy to use even for beginners.

I love this recipe. I will use it for all my fondant decorations. It is quite simple to put together. The colors blended perfectly and now I don't have to worry about the nasty taste or outrageous price of pre-packaged fondant. Thanks!

I made this fondant last night, and made my daughters birthday cake with it , it was easy to make and use, also it tastes good. The cake is lovely, and my daughter is happy. Thank you, I will never buy fondant again.

This recipe is incredible! I am a Pastry Chef and live in Montreal and have worked with fondant for years and this not only saves a lot of money but it is so easy to make and use. I find I do have to add more icing sugar than required and as for the deep colors crumbling I simply add a drop of water and knead together again and come back with cornstarch if needed. I adore this recipe! I now have my own small artisan cake business and use this recipe all the time.<br/>Thanks, Danielle Foley!
