Rolled Chicken Breast

Easy and looks like you slaved in the kitchen all day.

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Pound chicken breast to about 1/2 inch thickness.
  3. Lay slice of ham on pounded chicken breast, then a slice of cheese.
  4. Roll the chicken up and secure it with a toothpick.
  5. After all chicken are rolled up dip each one into melted butter and roll in crushed crackers.
  6. Place chicken in an 8 x 13 baking dish and bake 30 to 40 minutes.
