These rolled biscuits are delicious with watermelon. If you want, you can spread jam or syrup on top of the biscuits for variety!


  1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Add enough flour to make soft dough, but don't over mix it. Roll out onto a lightly floured surface until about 1/4" thick and cut into 3" x 5" strips. Deep fry for 2 - 3 minutes until golden brown.
