I always thought Rocky Road involved peanut butter (which I don't like), but this recipe proves me wrong. Finally, something I can enjoy too! Note: cook time also includes chill time

This dish did taste great!! The marshmallows did not melt, but I did leave them in the mixture to make a sweet surprise every few bites. I did use part splenda and skim milk and it still produced an excellent dessert.

LOVED THE FLAVOR of this pudding, but had a few problems with it. I allowed the pudding to cool in the pan about 10 minutes before adding the marshmallows. Even after several minutes of stirring, the marshmallows wouldn't melt. I ended up picking them out since the pudding was too pretty to leave mini marshmallow lumps in it. After chilling, the pudding was not as firm as I had expected either. I would make it again, however, because the taste is REALLY GOOD. Thank you for posting your recipe!
