This was very easy to make and has a nice flavor. Next time I plan to use a smaller pan to get a thicker candy. I used colored marshmallows & wouldn't again other than special events (halloween). Too many people asked what the colored bits were. I think this would have flown off of my candy tray with white marshmallows because they loved it after they tried it. It is creamy & a little softer in texture than fudge. Thank you for sharing the recipe!
So easy and delicious! Thanks Chef Dee for the great recipe!
I made these in the microwave and I could not have asked for an easier dessert. I only had milk chocolate chips so I used them. Overall my family loved these(the one who did not is not a peanut butter fan so I did not expect him to like these). Thanks for an easy, great tasting square.
Beautiful, but WARNING: use salt free peanut butter, as I didn't, and they tasted too salty. This I think is very important.
These are very yummy and went over very well with my daughter and her friends. I used multi-colored mini marshmallows to make them look festive for holiday cookies trays. Easy and accurate instructions.
I was really surprised just how delicious they are. The texture is softer than I expected. They truly melt in your mouth. This was the easiest candy I've ever made. I used natural style (creamy) peanut butter, real butter, and took care and waited for the mixture to cool (as Dee instructs) before I added the marshmallows. I put in a square 9 inch pan and an 8 by 4 loaf pan. I'm storing these in the fridge. This will be a nice addition to all my Christmas cookies. Thanks Dee, for your great photo, which inspired me.
