  • In a saute pan, saute rock shrimp, margarine and garlic, season to taste.
  • Rinse and spin spring mix.
  • Top salad with sliced red onion, cranberries, blue cheese, walnuts and cucumbers neatly. Arrange shrimp on top.
  • Drizzle Porter-Raspberry vinaigrette on salad.
