This is my favorite summer time 'pot luck' or 'picknick' salad. It's also good with BBQ
- 453.59 g twisted pasta (three color or plain)
- 473.18 ml olive oil vinaigrette (Ken's)
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1 large tomatoes, diced
- 453.59 g cheddar cheese, diced
- 118.29 ml sliced black olives
- 236.59 ml sliced pepperoni
- cook pasta as per package directions, drain and cool.
- mix all ingredients in a large salad bowl, and chill overnight.
