Roasting Salt Blend for Veggies or Meats

Ingredients Nutrition


  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend 30 seconds until well combined.
  2. Store in an airtight container along with your other herbs& spices.
  3. How to use: Sprinkle some over lightly oiled veggies or meats before roasting or grilling.

I can't believe I've lived without this until now!I've made it two days ago and I used it on anything that requieres salt (french fries,garlic bread,roasted potatoes,chicken and dumplings).I used regular salt. Thank you for sharing this.

I must agree with Rita L. This salt blend is wonderful. I have used it on chicken, steak, and Rita L's Loaded Potatoes. It is now in a spice jar sharing room with my other spices. Don't want to lose this one, can be used so many ways. Thanks HeatherFeather
