This was a simple and different sauce for squash. I made the soy-maple glaze and it was really good. I liked how the soy sauce and ginger balanced the sweetness of the maple syrup. I often think glazes for squash are too sweet, this one wasn't.
This was ok...I think if the glaze is added earlier, it may seep into the squash more. We could barely taste the glaze. :( Definitely a great way to dress up a squash - one of my favoritest foods. Thank you, Sharon! Made for 12/09 Vegan Swap.
