      I served these yummy veggies for Thanksgiving; they roasted while the dressing baked. My mother thinks I'm crazy to "bake" veggies, but she goggled them up!

      Yum! I used red and green peppers, celery, carrots, red onion, broccoli, and cauliflower. These came out perfectly and I really enjoyed them. Thanks for sharing your recipe. Made for Healthy Choices Tag.

      These are wonderful! We loved them. I had some broccoli, cauliflower and carrots to use up so that was what went into this mix but it would be excellent with many other veggies as well. The fresh rosemary is a great addition. I'll be making this often. Made for TYM - Theirs Yours & Mine photo tag game.
