  1. Very good, and very easy. Would have a more even crisp if they were flipped about half-way through cooking. Mine took 50 minutes to cook. Served with raspberry chipotle pulled pork sandwiches.

  2. So tasty! So easy! What a nice change. This will be on the menu often. I ran out of hot sauce, so used 1/2 tsp of cayenne pepper in its place. Thanks for posting such a great recipe.

  3. Great dish my hubby was in heaven! I loved the taste very interesting

  4. I took notice of Derf and reduced the temp of the oven. Also, note that you can't fit that many potato slices on a 9 inch pan. We reduced the salt by half, as we were using salted butter and I figure you can add it at the table, but not take it off;-) These were crispy and delicious with the thyme and hot sauce, and I'll be making them again

  5. Very good, although I found the 425f oven to be too hot, they were getting too dark on the outside and not done inside, turned it down to 400f after 20 minutes. Love the taste of thyme with the salt and hot sauce, nice mix. I will make them again, went very nice with a salmon loaf i was serving. Thanks for sharing.
