Very good, works well as a vegetarian main dish. I left out the raisins and found that the squash needed a longer roasting time (next time I will cut the squash into smaller pieces.) I used frozen spinach intead of fresh (thawed and squeezed of excess moisture) and didn't bother sauteeing it. Also I found it unecessary to serve it with tomato sauce.
