We really enjoyed these tasty potatoes diner, they were quick and very easy to make. I used fresh sage and they were the bomb. Great texture and an amazing flavor with a lovely gravy. Thank you for sharing a dish that I will make again.

I also could not get the potatoes to brown without overcooking them to death and risking drying them out! The flavor is amazing however. I think I would like to try these in foil packets on the grill. I'll just eliminate the broth and use a bit mor butter.

These were very yummy. I was hoping for more of a crispy crust. But the flavor was great. I love sage. I cut the recipe in half and still have leftover for DH breakfast. Thanks for posting. :)

Very much enjoyed by all. I used some odds and ends of potatoes and I also had some leftover fresh sage that needed using, so this recipe was perfect for those uses. The amount of fresh used was 2 tbsp. chopped, approximately. Made for Every Day Holiday Tag. :)

This is a very nice potato recipe, which I made for ZWT 5. I used small fingerling potatoes, so I didn't need to cut them up. It has a very nice sauce too!
