this is prepared in a crock pot...have not tried it yet..
- 3 1⁄2 lbs rump roast
- 3 beef bouillon cubes, crushed
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic powder
- seasoning salt
- Place roast in a slow cooker that has been coated with non stick spray.
- Combine seasoning ingredients together.
- Turn slow cooker on low.
- Lightly rub roast with olive oil.then rub on seasoning --
- Cook on low for 24 hours.
