A nice hearty dish with lots of vegetables.

Ingredients Nutrition


  1. Place potatoes, carrots and garlic in a greased 9 by 13-inch baking dish.
  2. Drizzle with oil; sprinkle with rosemary, salt and pepper.
  3. Stir to coat.
  4. Bake, uncovered, at 350F for 35 minutes.
  5. Increase heat to 450F; bake 10-15 minutes longer or until vegetables are tender.
