I have not tried this recipe. I got this from Tops Market courtesy of 3-A-Day Of Dairy.
- 12 ounces roasted red peppers, drained
- 2 cups low-fat plain yogurt
- 4 ounces chopped green chilies, drained
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- Puree red peppers in food processor or blender.
- Add remaining ingredients; mix until blended and refrigerate.
- Serve with assorted cut vegetables or pita wedges.
