- 1 tablespoon red pepper flakes
- 1 cup chicken stock

- remove skins, seeds and stems.
- make rue,,,flour and butter.
- add:half and half and chicken stock.
- blended peppers, onion,garlic, and crushed pepper flakes.
- simmer on low heat for 30 min --
