Found this on a label at the supermarket; would probably be good on a sandwich.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 12 cup butter, softened
  • 2 teaspoons finely chopped roasted red peppers
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Gently blend all ingredients together just until combined.
  2. Use immediately, or refrigerate until ready to serve.

Wow! This simple spread sure packs a lot of punch! Last night I made 1/2 batch with roasted jalapeno peppers from my garden. Very rich, rich flavor on crackers. This morning made up a batch to have with supper tonight. Instead of fresh peppers I used some chopped up pickeled jalapenos. Spread it on toasted french bread with a touch of garlic then shaved a bit extra of parmesan on top and broiled for a minute. Holy cow! My garlic bread has just been infused with pizzazz!Excellent!
