Super good! I made as directed, but added a couple of things - first, some fresh small sweet peppers in the food processor - because I did not have enough of the premade. I also added 2 fresh pressed garlic cloves - they add so much flavor! Thanks for posting, VickyJ, I appreciate it.
- 7 ounces roasted red peppers, drained and patted dry
- 1⁄8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
