      The tenderloin turned out very tender. The sauce is delicious. I especially liked the onions that cooked in the bottom of the pan. I used apple cider vinegar. I recommend this recipe and I will use it again.

      We really enjoyed this special recipe. It was very quick and easy to make with terrific results. The pork was perfectly cooked, tender, moist and juicy and the sauce was the bomb. So much flavor, it glazed the porkloin beautifully. Into my keeper box this goes, thank you so much for sharing.

      This recipe is so simple and yummy. I can't tolerate sage, so I substituted thyme and marjoram. My family loved this dinner. Thank you for sharing!

      Oh my goodness, this recipe was so wonderful! I followed the directions exactly and it was great! Msjill111, you are terrific at writing clear and complete directions and I appreciated it so much. I looked through dozens of roasted pork loin recipes and chose this one based on that I loved all the ingredients-Worcestershire is a must on pork , in my opinion. I was so happy I did! My husband was very pleased and told me I could make this again-lol! I poured the wonderful pan juices on the meat when I plated it and the rest of the juices on the leftovers. The leftovers were just as great. I served this roast with buttermilk mashed potatoes, corn on the cob and cresent rolls. Thank you for a wonderful meal! Since it didn't say which kind of vinegar to use, I used apple cider vinegar since it goes so well with pork. This is going into my keeper file!
