  • 23 cup drained finely chopped roasted sweet red pepper (packed in water)
  • 12 cup thinly sliced green onion (about 2 large)
  • 14 cup finely chopped fresh cilantro or 1/4 cup finely chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic (about 2 cloves)
  • 1 -2 teaspoon hot sauce
