  1. In skillet, heat oil. Add onion and sauté 5 minutes. Add garlic and cook until onion starts to brown. Add tomatoes and cook until softened, 5 minutes.
  2. Stir in bell peppers. Add chile pepper and salt to taste. Reduce heat to low and cook, stirring until peppers are heated through.
