  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Scrub potatoes and cut into quarters.
  • Place in baking dish, and toss with olive oil, kosher salt, & pepper.
  • Bake 20 minutes until tender.
  • Sprinkle with parsley & flaked sea salt, and serve.
