Great great recipe! Loved these, I did add a couple T. of butter and they turned out crispy and yummy....

This recipe is awesome! I have made these several times using both fingerling and halved new red potatoes. I use 1 tsp of dried herbs instead of fresh, it's what I usually keep on hand. My DH begged me to make these last week and when grocery shopping this week we had to buy more potatoes just to make more. Thank you so much for posting!!

Very good. I used dutch creamer potatoes, dried herbs, and added lots of garlic. 40 minutes was the perfect cooking time. Served as a side dish to steak. Thanks for posting!

Super. Didn't have fresh herbs, so I cut to amount in half and used dried. Cooking time was only about 30 minutes. Loved them! Thanks.

I loved these little guys. DH didn't care for the purple ones. (Must have something to do with his saying "what are these blue things''?) I did add some minced garlic the last 20 minutes of cooking and I used the dried herbs. I really enjoy making things now and again that don't really need a lot of attention. This is one of those recipes. I made it in the oven with meatloaf and a baked beans recipe. Everything was cooking in the oven and the kitchen was clean when dinner was ready. Thanks for posting. :)

I used 2tsp of Italian Seasonings in place of the fresh herbs. This recipe was good and easy.

This was my first time I have ever cooked fingerling potatoes and love them. I added zucchini and broccoli to the dish too and it turned out wonderful. Thanks!

Loved this recipe, plus its easy to put in the oven and leave alone while you make the rest of the meal. Cook time is right on.

I used mixed fingerling potatoes and also added garlic, they were great. This is a very easy "goes with everything" dish.

Very easy and good potatoes which we enjoyed with Salmon with red-pepper saute Salmon With Red-Pepper Saute. Both recipes cooked at the same temperature and were wonderful together. Thanks for sharing!

Fingerling potatoes are one of my favorites -- and this recipe just makes them even more special. The blend of herbs is a natural -- they roast up beautifully in the oven. I did not peel the potatoes -- and cut the larger ones into 2 or 3 pieces so they would all be uniform size. I served these with the South Beach Fish Kabobs (#93018) and they just just perfect. However, this dish would go with just about any food you might be serving where you need a side of potatoes. Don't let this recipe slip by you without giving it a try.

SO easy to make, and really delicious. I followed Rita's suggestion and (as a true garlic fiend) added some garlic. Loved everything about this recipe, and will make it again often. Great blend of flavours. We enjoyed this as part of a vegetarian meal, with toni gifford’s Baked Butternut Squash, Raisin and Pine Nut Lasagna Baked Butternut Squash, Raisin and Pine Nut Lasagna. Thanks, chia!

I made this with really fresh, farmer's market Russian fingerling potatoes, along with the last of my fresh garden herbs. Great way to end the gardening season! We had these guys with crusted rack of lamb and sauteed yellow turnip. Great dinner! Thanks for posting this easy recipe chia....it's a keeper :)
