At my last purchase, my local street vendor from Maine gave me a new recipe for these.
- Preheat oven to 500°F Yes, it will take a while.
- Remove heads if any, and peel.
- Layer done (one layer only) on a baking sheet (or two as needed) the shrimp.
- Sprinkle with salt, coarse sea salt preferred.
- Roast 1.5 minutes at 500°F
- Serve immediately.
