At my last purchase, my local street vendor from Maine gave me a new recipe for these.


  1. Preheat oven to 500°F Yes, it will take a while.
  2. Remove heads if any, and peel.
  3. Layer done (one layer only) on a baking sheet (or two as needed) the shrimp.
  4. Sprinkle with salt, coarse sea salt preferred.
  5. Roast 1.5 minutes at 500°F
  6. Serve immediately.
