Roasted Lemon Garlic Fish Fillets

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit
  2. Lightly coat baking dish with olive oil.
  3. Place 2 fillets in dish (with skin side down).
  4. Sprinkle with juice of lemon, 1 clove garlic, and ground red pepper.
  5. Roast 10 minutes per inch of thickness.
  6. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley.
