I had a bag of guajillo chilies I wanted to experiment with and found your recipe. It was really fun to use them up in this way. This isn't what I think of when I think of salsa, but I think this would make a great enchilada sauce. Even after adding the seeds, it didn't really have any heat, but the flavor was nice. This is great on eggs! It is more of a condiment to put on meats and such than a chip and dip salsa! Great flavor and easy to make!
