My favorite way of preparing veggies is roasting....and this one is perfect! It could be kicked up a bit with a bit of red pepper flakes -- or -- chili oil
- Preheat oven to 450.
- Toss green beans with olive oil on large rimmed baking sheet. Roast until browned and almost tender, stirring occasionally, about 10 minutes.
- Sprinkle beans with garlic, salt, and pepper; toss to combine.
- Comtinue roasting until beans are tender, about 2 minutes longer.
This was really good. The only thing I did different was to add some salt and pepper. Yum.
i made this tonight since it looked so easy-wonderful taste! and it was simple to make-the directions were perfect-I did cook them a little longer to "crisp up"--thanks abby girl for this keeper.
