This was a great side dish! I never thought to roast green beans. I roast other veggies so I'm glad I tried this. I added 5 garlic cloves and tossed it with the beans. Wonderful!
Will here's #351, these are great, I made just as directed with fresh green beans and LOVED them. They taste is so differant from most green bean recipes and I can't get enough of them. I also like Cookin's suggestion on the balsamic vinegar reduction and may try that next time. Who needs fries when you can have this healthy version.
Excellent!! I actually use the same technique with a variety of fresh vegetables and even mushrooms! You can't go wrong with this one:)

I don't really like green beans, but had a ton of them from our weekly veggie box.. This recip is AMAZING! Wish I had more green beans to roast! Tossed them with steak seasoning, they were wonderful!

We did not like these. We love fresh veggies, but definitely not green beans roasted. It may be taste for me, but they tasted like asparagus, which I've never liked. Hubby just didn't like them oven roasted.
I am SUPER picky when it comes to vegetables, but this recipe will definitely keep me eating my green beans! It tasted better than I expected, and I even ended up eating more than I expected to! I had these alongside pork chops and noodles and it made for a delicious meal. Thank you for sharing this :)
