I'm not a huge fan of mayo but I love this simple recipe on sandwiches!
Make and share this Roasted Garlic Spicy Mayo recipe from Food.com.
- 1 small head of garlic
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
- salt and pepper
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Slice the top 1/3 of the garlic head off. Drizzle the exposed cloves with olive oil. Add salt and pepper. Wrap loosely in foil and bake in oven for about 30 - 40 minutes until the cloves are golden and soft. Allow to cool for about 10 minutes.
- Once garlic is cool squeeze the cloves out. Mix with salt and pepper to make a paste. Add mayo and sriracha. Enjoy!
