There wasn't anything spectacular about this recipe. You couldn't even taste the roasted garlic in the chicken.
Made this last night,so moist&juicy!I will make again.I made Brussels Sprouts and Potato BakeBrussel Sprout and Potato Bake.Thanks Linda.
This was just awesome. The directions were very well written. The combination of 6 heads of roasted garlic, lemon juice and rosemary was just perfect. Although the recipe didn't specify, I added the kosher salt with the garlic mixture. The chicken turned out very juicy and tender. I needed to cook mine about 1 hr and 20 minutes to get it done, but that was okay. Thanks so much for posting. I bet your friends love your cooking.
