I love flavored mayos so I was so excited to find a bunch in the Food Network magazine made by Aaron McCargo Jr. You can put this on a sandwich or spread it on your fish before you bake it.

Yum! I used recipe#395267, for the roasted garlic, and used this aioli as dipping sauce for my fries! (This is my FAVE way to enjoy aioli!) The roasted garlic was nice, and took a little of the bite out of the recipe that I typically make (with crushed, raw garlic.) Thanks for expanding my horizons, Margie99, and sharing a great recipe!
