  1. This was an absolute delight. I used lemon pepper linguine and was liberal with the lemon juice because I love lemon. I think I *might* have over done it with the parsley too but it sure was a good dinner. There was no cheese on mine just to keep from adding more calories, lol. I enjoyed every fork wrapped mouthful. Lazy, your recipes are treasures and I don't think that I have ever tried one that I didn't love.

  2. Oh, yummy! This was so good! We loved it! My little girl inhaled this pasta and my DH also had a hard time not eating the whole bowl. I had to take the bowl away from the table! Thanks, lazyme! Made for alphabet chefs.

  3. Excellent! We really liked this. I made the sauce just as written and it was terrrific. Cooked my usual little bit of pasta, dribbled some olive oil over, plated it and added the sauce. Very nice garnished with parsley and served with a salad. Yumm, BB

  5. Overall this was a good recipe but we all agreed it could use a little extra flavor for our tastes. It was just little more than eating buttered noodles because of the roasted garlic. I would like to try this one again but probably try a more pungent herb, basil or cilantro, and maybe even some crushed red pepper flakes or some cayenne. Other than being light on flavor, we liked the lightness of the meal. We're having our first 80 degree days of the year & having a nice light meal was really welcome. I served it with lazyme's recipe #337517. Thanks for posting! Made & enjoyed in Don's memory. Our thoughts are with you, lazyme!
