5 star plus! Wonderful recipe - the roasted garlic is so mellow with the prawns. I did make a mistake when I quickly read the ingredients I thought it was 2 leeks not 2 tbs and I was making half the recipe so I merrily chopped up a whole leek - never mind it was delicious! I used Marsal wine. Squeezed on some lemon juice and really enjoyed our Sunday dinner Thanks Sandi.

So, so good! Subbed shallots for the leek as there is a leek shortage in town right now. Three stores, no leeks. Roasting the garlic and peeling/deveining the shrimp earlier meant that the actual meal came together in a flash. Used lemon juice as the finishing touch since I prefer that to orange. Dh just kept making primal grunting noises during dinner, a sure sign that he liked it. I ate more than I should have, but it was so good, I'll live with being stuffed. Served it over angel hair pasta. Had enough left over for his lunch tomorrow and for me to have a secret assignation with the remaining shrimp at 2:15 AM over the kitchen sink. ;-)
