  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Cut tops off of garlic, place on baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil ( you can also wrap the bulbs together in aluminum foil to bake).
  • Bake in oven for 45 to 60 minutes, until the garlic is light brown on top.
  • Remove garlic from the casings.
  • Mix milk or soy milk, sour cream, cream cheese, onion powder, sage and thyme to a blender.
  • Blend until smooth. ( Note: I use a Vita Mix blender so this may be harder with a conventional blender, you may have to add the cream cheese in chunks so that it doesn't overwhelm the blender. ).
  • Chill until you are ready to serve.
