I like this with celery sticks. You can use crackers if you want, but I try to stay low carb. If it seems really easy, it is. No fussing with tons of ingredients. You can make this up really fast if friends drop over unexpectedly.

IMO very few foods cannot be made better w/roasted garlic ~ darn few. This recipe gets 5* from me for doing that, being a healthy alternative + its pure ingredient & prep simplicity. I felt it might benefit from a bit of salt (a hot topic these dys), but DH disagreed. We liked it as is, but versatility is part of its beauty. A cpl drops of Tobasco would add some bite & fresh-snipped chives would add a flavour dimension + colour, but take care not to mask the mellow roasted garlic flavour. While it works well for those *need something tasty in a hurry occasions* , my choice is to chill overnight. Made for the Aussie/NZ Recipe Swap & thx for sharing this recipe w/us. :-)
