Simply delicious. Maybe used a bit more garlic then stated. Also mixed up the tomatoes and basil with some olive oil. For the two of us this was too much to use up in one go. What was left of the cream cheese mix has been used up on sandwiches.

Made half a recipe and was solo good with the roasted garlic. Served with shrimp burgers and salad.

Just great with my Sunday Martini! I made two differences to the recipe - I didn't have fresh Basil but had cubes of frozen fresh chopped so added 2 (i tsp) of them to the cream cheese mixture and I had a few left over Olive slices so popped two on each bruschetta- I cut the recipe back to 8 Bruschettas Loved the final result thanks PanNan for posting it

This is fantastic! I adore the lovely mellow flavour of roasted garlic & use it often. I halved this recipe for just 2 of us, but used the full amt of garlic & was very pleased w/the outcome. This has found a home here w/us in Iceland. Thx for posting.
