  2. Wash head of cauliflower and cut into large florets.
  3. Put the cauliflower in a large bowl.
  4. Add the next 6 ingredients and toss.
  5. Put the cauliflower mixture onto a cookie sheet and roast for 40 minutes, turning the pieces halfway through.
