This was so delicious! I made it once before, and will make again tonight. I did not have fresh rosemary so I used a little bit of dry rosemary. Last time I made it, I almost ate the entire thing by mylsef - spreading it on bread. So good! Thank you very much!

Oh my goodness! This was so good. I will try using less oil next time. I poured out the left over into the frying pork chops- very tasty. You really have to like garlic. Next time I will cut the garlic up into smaller chunks. Also I used frozen cauliflower, which gave me no problems. I am not a big cauliflower fan, but this dish may change my mind.

This stuff is addicting!!! I think the more the merrier on the garlic. I like to have one garlic clove per bite... but that's just me. I love garlic & now I love this recipe! Thanks!!!

this was good, but I'm not sure a non-cauliflower lover will change their minds because of this recipe, I loved it! DH and DD's did not; DD's love cauliflower, but didn't care for this, DH hates cauliflower and this didn't change his mind; like I said, I love cauliflower and I loved this recipe!!! Thanks for sharing, I will fix this again for me for sure!

Oh my goodness, this was WONDEFUL! I thought, "A full head of cauliflower? We'll never eat all that!" Well, guess what? There was only a small amount leftover after only 3 of us had dinner - AND it's MINE, all MINE! I grabbed it for tomorrow's lunch, and I'm not sharing! I did the cauliflower & garlic in a bag trick, then added the oil mixture. I will definitely be making this one again.

Wow! Finally, I got both my son and my husband to eat and enjoy cauliflower! This was so great; we added paprika for color and plenty of salt and pepper, and it turned out fabulous. This will become a regular side dish in our house! Thanks.

These were unbelievable! My 5 year old actually asks me to make these. Our friend - who refuses to eat cauliflower - tried a piece and loved it so much he asked for the recipe! Thank you so much for a wonderful recipe!

This was wonderful! The garlic is so mellow and flavorful when it is baked this way. This will definitely be a keeper in our house!
