The Best brussels sprouts ever. I sliced each sprout in half to increase the crispy edginess and just used plenty of salt and pepper. It's amazing that my husband loved them...and he wouldn't even LOOK at a sprout in the past. These are so good that I plan on adding brussels sprouts to my garden next year. Thank you so much for posting this recipe Sharon :)
So good! This is definitely my favorite way of cooking brussels sprouts. I added a drizzle of balsamic at the end but otherwise followed the recipe!
This is definitely a keeper of a recipe! Made this with our Sunday dinner and it was a huge hit! I am going to have to share this recipe with my DD as she loves brussel sprouts and I know she will love this take on them too. Found this recipe through the I Recommend tag game.
Loved these sprouts!
Easy and delicious recipe as is. If the brussel sprouts are large I might try cutting them in half next time so they are less tough on the inside.
Good and easy to make. Followed the recipe as written using pepper and not the lemon pepper as that is all I had.
I made these last night and tried one before dinner... big mistake. I had to stop myself from eating them all before everyone got to the table! Fantastic! Thanks for the great recipe.
This is the only way to eat Brussel Sprouts! So good... Makeing again tonight! Got to try this recipe if you haven't yet.. Yummm!! =)
OH YUM!!!!!!!!! What else needs to be said. I was in a bit of a time crunch so I steamed them in the microwave for 3 minutes before roasting....they were done in 10 minutes.
Update: Oh, my, I'm ADDICTED! I couldn't wait to make these again until I got fresh sprouts, so I used a bag of frozen brussels sprouts and followed this recipe with a slight decrease in roasting time. They still turned out sooo good, but fresh definitely have a better texture. Still, I ate them ALL myself! I LOVE THIS RECIPE!!! Thank you! ~Manda
