Perfect. I prefer with just a twist of fresh pepper and a sprinkling of sea salt at the end. I could eat these every day.
I had never made brussels sprouts before. These were terrific.
These were great and I am not a brussel sprouts fan. All I could find was frozen and thought that might matter...nope! I used less than a tbsp of oil, ground seasalt and garlic, and a bunch of pepper.
My husband is a brussel sprout lover. He ALWAYS steamed them. After trying mine, made this way, this has become his favorite way of eating them. I don't think he'd ever go back to just steaming again.
I like to convert people who swear they don't like brussels sprouts with this recipe. The lemon pepper is not necessary, as the olive oil w/ the salt & pepper is soooooo divine. I use a large ziplock bag to squish around the brussels sprouts and coat them well with the oil before pouring them in the pan.
All my Brussels sprouts eaters LOVED these and they were so easy to make. Couldn't find my lemon-pepper so used garlic-pepper! Made them for Thanksgiving and my SIL asked if she could take some home with her!
I haven't had brussel sprouts in about ten years but these were fabulous. So good I had them in my salad cold for lunch today. Thank you so much for posting!
Heavenly probably the only way to make them! I did not use lemon pepper, just good old fresh cracked black pepper. These were the best brussels sprouts. MMMMM!!!! Super Duper EASY too.
These were a big hit at our Christmas dinner--thanks!!
