Fantastic recipe, an interesting and flavorful way to cook broccoli! I didn't have the pine nuts so I left those out, and used bottled lemon juice instead of fresh, but it still turned out delicious. I will be making this again.

This was very tasty. I used almonds instead of pine nuts and it turned out great. Thank you!

Yummy! I made this for Christmas dinner. I used walnuts because I didn't have any pine nuts. We all loved it! I'll definitely make this again and again.

I've made this recipe LOTS...even those who don't like broccoli love it! My family asks for it when we all get together for dinner.

I tried this recipe when MeanChef was still on the site. I suppose I never rated it, but this broccoli is awesome! I have made this sooooo many times and love it every time.

I served this for the first time for my parents for Sunday dinner. The whole family enjoyed it. The broccoli stays crunchy while the pine nuts, lemon, and garlic add a nice flavor. This was also very simple to make and easy to add to the oven while other food was cooking. Very nice recipe!

This was a nice side to a lime baked Tilapia dish that I made. I used a combination of broccoli floret and broccoli rabe. I parboiled the broccoli rabe (not the florets) first for 6 minutes to remove the bitterness before roasting. I ended up liking the rabe prepared this way even a little more than the florets! This tasted great. We used 1.5 Tb of lemon, but would probably scale it back to 1 Tb next time. I added a little more garlic and used salted butter. I thought the pine nuts gave the dish an especially nice touch. I will definitely make this recipe again. Thanks for posting!
