Another way to use up leftover buttermilk... There were no quantities with this recipe when we found it, so we just guessed.
- Toss baby potatoes with olive oil, salt and pepper and roast until tender.
- Combine buttermilk with mayonnaise and rosemary and season to taste.
- Serve potatoes with the dipping sauce on the side.
