This is a great way to prepare asparagus! I liked the sweetness the balsamic reduction gave it, and evertthing is better with pine nuts. Made for PRMR.

We have a winner here! I have done roasted asparagus w/ balsamic before, but the addition of the shallot made this special. I loved the sweet, crunchy texture it added. And the pine nuts really added another layer of taste. Thanks for posting this keeper!
