Great asparagus! I threw the asparagus in a ziploc bag to coat with the olive oil, then sprinkled the salt on when they were on the baking sheet. Simple and so good. Thanks taylortwo for a keeper. Made for Cookbook Tag.
Great stuff! After about 9 minutes, I pulled ours out of the oven, wrapped it in proscuitto and put it back in. I did sample it before I wrapped it, and it was excellent as well.
Great way to make Asparagus! I just mixed the Kosher salt and Olive oil together in a little bowl, and then poured it over the Asparagus and mixed it up with my hands.
I added some sauteed minced garlic along with parmesan cheese. Have also made green beans this way.
The only way to make asparagus in my opinion. :)
This was simple, yet divine. We cut the cooking time a bit because we like it a little more crunchy, but this was absolutely amazingly yummy - and they turned out beautiful as well!

This is the only way to eat asparagus and if you're a fan of grated parm cheese, sprinkle some on the last 5 minutes. Delish!!!
Oh so tasty! I thought I hated asparagus until I tried them this way. We'll be eating asparagus a lot more often thanks to this recipe.
